The staff mentioned the doctor leaves at 5 PM, which makes it even more confusing why your system would allow a 4:45 appointment to be booked in the first place.\nWhile the front desk workers were friendly and offered to reschedule, this level of disorganization doesn’t make me feel confident about trying again. If appointments can’t be honored or accurately scheduled through your online system, it should be removed as an option.
