I returned to the Crest Hill location over three separate times to have them adjusted, and each time they were still not fitted correctly. The issue was never properly resolved.\n\nWhat’s even more frustrating is that I was told I could not exchange the glasses despite the company policy stating they will “make it right” within 30 days of purchase. That policy was not honored in my situation.\n\nI found it extremely difficult to work with the staff at the Crest Hill location. The overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the amount of money spent.\n\nOut of frustration, I visited the Oak Brook location and they corrected the issue on the first try. The difference in service was night and day. Oak Brook was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They also have a much better variety of frames to choose from.\n\nI would strongly recommend going to the Oak Brook location instead of Crest Hill. I explained I did not answer because I was driving 800 miles home from visiting my mother and their voicemail did not say I NEEDED to call back to keep my appointment. None the less, they cancelled my appointment and gave it to someone else but could fit me in after the person who took my appointment came in.
