The first time I came in there was November 3. I was in there several times cause I could not see out of my glasses. There was a problem that wasn’t noticed when they made my prescription, the doctor didn’t see it. I had a stigma so I couldn’t see out of my glasses so I dealt with it over and over trying to get my glasses fixed. Finally, I did. John was very helpful. Very experience was able to get me some new lenses. He picked it up right away that I had stigma ordered the new lenses put them right in very happy. I’m glad John found The problem he looked at my old glasses, came back and said you have a stigma. Apparently the doctor didn’t pick that up so at first I was very unhappy cause I really need my glasses to see for work but John terrific he’s very kind and friendly I for sure will come back just to see him and hopefully next time I don’t have the same problem, but it did take some time out of everything I had to do. I had to take off work two days to come back-and-forth to be able to come the days that John works but well worth it. We had planned even with insurance to spend around if not more $1000 today! It’s typical for us because eye care and wear is important! So to hear them say they want to charge me an additional 3% for a credit card charge is extremely maddening! We have always loved the staff here! Today not so much! Not to mention the woman who was helping another customer was sticker shocked by cost said to her “I got these online for $100, and the woman responded- well this is not online!
