Today my husband had an appointment and our plan was to get a pair of prescription sunglasses and a pair of Oakley glasses today and come back in 2 weeks and buy 2 more pair! We had planned even with insurance to spend around if not more $1000 today! It’s typical for us because eye care and wear is important! So to hear them say they want to charge me an additional 3% for a credit card charge is extremely maddening! We have always loved the staff here! Today not so much! Not to mention the woman who was helping another customer was sticker shocked by cost said to her “I got these online for $100, and the woman responded- well this is not online!
