Today was my first day buying glasses from Pearle Vision. Great service from start to finish! Small, calm, and collective center with a welcoming staff. You can tell they are ready to help out with whatever you desire. Special shout out to Alanna for an efficient ending process of my appointment, especially choosing my frame. 🙏

The entire staff was nothing but lovely! I enjoyed everyone there; the Doctor was fantastic and so was Alanna! Alanna keep up the good work and keep being you; your kindness and personality was the highlight of my day.

Had a great experience with the whole team at this location. Dr. Todd was great in explaining everything and getting the right contacts for me. Ruba was more than helpful when it came to checking out, imaging, and letting me know all my options. Great team there.

I want to celebrate and Thank Pearl Vision, for their unwavering support and understanding professionalism, I bought a pair of Gucci eyeware 3 years ago, and as it was time for my yearly exam, I decided to go somewhere else, only because of the pricing difference, BIG MISTAKE! not only did I have to leave my frames there to be sent out for new lenses, once I got them back, they were damaged, cracked on the middle, I returned. 3 times to Peaarl Vision, so that I can get a copy of my order receipt, so that the other place can replace my exact frame, unfortunately they're attempt to find the exact ones failed, and I had to settle for some less than what I had, after receiving the replacement glass, I was very unhappy 🙁, and dissatisfied. So I took a chance and went right back to Pearl Vision to see if at all anything can be done, or at least a referral, to were I can get them repaired, each time I was greeted and so welcomed, as again I was back home, The beautiful soul that helped me each and every time was Kiah. THANK YOU KIAH! she was able to fix my frames, and I am so very grateful and thankful for her, as I was stressing out about having to ware glasses that I absolutely did not want or like. I have sent my husband, and my brother there as well, because of Kiah and the service of Pearl Vision at the 3541 w 95th st location, I will not stray away again, I am a customer for life... Thank you again Kiah, for making me whole again..

Great customer service and management! I had such a great experience there, quality products, patient staff and doctors! Pearl Vision in Evergreen Park is the best eye care in the area!

I came in last minute for an eye exam and the staff was able to take care of me no problem! Alana was quick and efficient able to set up the machines for the pre-examinations. I later returned to pick out my eye Glasses, I was helped by Azmera in picking out the best option and when I finally came back to pick them up, I was helped by Ruba in setting up my Ray-Ban metas, I struggled to work it out but she was able to guide me through it. Incredible team! Great atmosphere and great efficiency! Definitely coming back next year!

From the time you walk in , the staff welcomes you and acknowledges you. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything throughly. Alanna the tech that helped with picking out the glasses and explained my benefits made everything so easy. She was wonderful. Highly recommend pearl vision of evergreen Park.

Kiah was great! She patiently waited for me to try on different brands and styles and colors of prescription eyewear. She even pulled out frames that were no longer on display that I might like. I had a wonderful time picking my two pairs with her and she has good taste. Dr. Anderson was very informative and persuasive in me truly caring about my eye health and he is big on clarity which I like. Very enjoyable experience overall

I went in to get an ajustement for my glasess and Ruba and Alanna helped me out they are amazing, they both helped me out and helped me with my issue very quicly. Storngly recommend this place for all of your needs. I’ll definitely be getting my next exam and pair here.
