But the customer service there was meh, always talking prices, and the glass brands are wack.\n\nMy experience at Pearle Vision was the complete opposite. They were very attentive throughout the process. Dr. Macias was very kind and answered all my questions. Even assured me my vision was not as bad as I thought it was.\n\nThe other thing I love designer frames. They just tend to last longer. But LensCrafters doesn’t take my insurance. And it can be a pain ordering them online without understanding the measurements.\n\nI was able to place an order for Versace frames and the price fell exactly on the budget I had in mind. Plus I added transitions to them.\n\nI’d definitely return here, being a block away from my house it’s sort of a hidden gem. Never saw it was there, just the subway lol.
