Pearle Vision Palatine

Haven’t been to the eye doctor in over 9 years and after one visit with Dr Karina, she made it feel like I have been a regular patient for the last decade. She is very open, personable, and informative about my eye health and recommendations. Would recommend her to anyone that comes to Pearle Vision in Palatine.

I always have a great experience at my local Pearle Vision. I’ve been coming here for several years, even before the pandemic, and the service has always been excellent. Eleazar is always friendly and has the best taste when helping me choose the perfect glasses frames. Margarita is wonderful too—and sometimes you can even catch her Scottish accent! They always make me feel well taken care of.

Amazing staff, very clean and friendly store. They have a lot of styles to chose from. The owner is sooo nice and friendly. The doctor is very smart and nice. I have been going here for 10 years and tell all my friends, best spot for contacts and glasses! Thanks Maggie!

Great staff but super long wait times for ordering either contacts. Everything else is incredible, but if I had known it would take close to a month, I would have just ordered elsewhere with my Rx. Typical wait times can be up to 3 weeks for contact lenses and two weeks for glasses.

I've been using this location for the past 7+ years for my annual eye exam and to get my reading glass prescription updated. The staff & eye doctor at this location is always friendly, supportive and knowledgeable about my needs. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for eye care and affordable eyewear. They really excel at customer service. 5 stars

I am blown away at the exceptional quality of customer service the front staff of this office provides. Maggie and Julie were absolutely outstanding! As a busy working mom, I rarely take the time to send reviews. I had to make the time to send this. From the moment I entered the office, to the (short!) time it took for my glasses to be ready, the staff was consistently friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Pearl Vision is very lucky to have them as employees. Keep up the good work....you’re efforts are appreciated and highly recommended!

Eleazar was the first person I spoke with and he helped making my appointment, he was so friendly, helpful and kind. My appointment was with Dr Rose, he was amazing explained everything and was very knowledgeable ,patient and so friendly too. He was wonderful!! Eleazar then helped me with picking out my glasses he was very patient and took the time I wasn't rushed and he was knowledgeable and very helpful too. Amazing place I'm so glad I chose to go there for my eye care. Look no further choose them!!! I give them more then 5 STARS!!! AMAZING!!!!

Being in the service industry my entire career, when I run across an exceptional experience, I love to share it. My recent visit to Pearl Vision center in Palatine Illinois was such an experience. Going in for routine eyecare was never so fun! Maggie, Julie and Marla were all terrific! From the moment I stepped foot inside, waiting ever so shortly, until they had finished with other customers, I witnessed fun, concerned and professional care to anyone they were waiting on. My glasses were fixed to perfection, instructions were given, with smiles and good nature all around! if you are ever in need of Eyecare, I would highly recommend Pearl vision center in Palatine Illinois not just for their wide selection and great service but they made it such an enjoyable experience.
