I’ve had the good fortune to work with both Olga and Gabriel on different glasses purchases. Both allowed me to take my time and try on as many frames that I needed to find exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured. Elvi the manager has also been great to work with, After a significant prescription change, she helped me acclimate to the new lenses and assured me if something needed to be altered, she would handle it. Great people and great service! My most recent creation below, you’d never know they were RX!

I’ve been going to this Pearle Vision for several years now, and every visit has been a great experience. A special shoutout to Elvi, Gabriel, and the rest of the staff—they truly treat you like family. They take the time to chat with you, remember you, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. It’s those little conversations and personal touches that really set them apart. Gabriel especially knows exactly the kind of glasses I’d find interesting, and it’s always so fun working with him! It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers such excellent service, and that’s why I keep coming back. I have the best experience at Pearl Vision every time I visit. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and always willing to help. Olga especially goes above and beyond. She takes the time to truly understand what you’re looking for and helps you find the best option for your needs. You never feel rushed, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about everyone and their eye health. The entire team is wonderful and makes every visit a great experience.

Today was the day to Google, if there was such a place that does eyewear in a short time .Just wanted to mention this evening how happy ☺️😀😃 I was able to walk out with a pair eyewear for my son, in one day. Peter and Gabriel was helpful and friendly and very skillful and knew their job. I was well pleased with the staff too. I was looking for an eye center, like this place for a long time !!. I was hoping to possibly get my son eyewear in one day and I sure did !!. I was such in needed to repair my son's glasses or repair his old ones, that were broken. I wish I knew about Pearle Vision before. I was very impressed and thrilled to have my son's glasses done in 1 hr !. Thank you Peter and Gabriel for kindness, friendliness and your help.

I’ve been wearing glasses for over 47 years and have visited many optical stores, but I’ve never had an experience like I have at Pearle Vision. Elvi is absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. I never leave the store without her helping me choose the perfect glasses. It also means a lot to have someone so skilled with adjustments; Gene is excellent and always makes sure my glasses fit perfectly. Even though I have closer stores near my home, I gladly drive farther just for the outstanding service from this team. The entire staff is fantastic, and I highly recommend this store.

Elvie was amazing! I came in hot and heavy because I was late for my appt (oy vey!) and she helped coordinate with my former Pearle Vision to get me out the door within 45 mins with a spare set straight from the in-house lab! Gabriel communicated very efficiently via texts for the appt. Shout out to the staff here for making it happen!! 🤓💚🙌🏼

I have been coming here for years!! Dr. Nelly (Kamenetsky) is so nice and always answers my questions in a manner that is easy to understand. Elvi is so helpful when it’s time to update my frames and always strives to find the best deal on contact lenses. Gabriel keeps the communication timely for appts confirmations and medical record and invoice requests.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Pearle Vision for over three years now, and I must say, the entire staff has consistently provided exceptional assistance. Their customer service is top-notch, and the people, especially Gabriel, are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff here are welcoming and kind. This is my second year getting glasses here. Dr. Katz is helpful, knowledgeable and always makes great recommendations to my eye care. Gabriel is so helpful, kind, and genuine when it comes to assisting with picking a pair of glasses as well as explaining the cost of everything with insurance. It is always a pleasant experience to come here for my yearly eye exam and new glasses. Thank you all for your care!

We have been coming here for years. Great personal care and very thorough. They take their time with each person to make sure you are happy with your selection of frames, lenses and that your RX lens are to your liking. We usually see Dr Kats for eye exams and she is amazing. She explains things and doesn't rush you through. Great exams!
