I went it to get new reading glasses for work. At first, they designed my new glasses after my regular glasses, and they wanted to charge me full price for my prism even though my insurance covers prism lenses. When they looked at my past claims to compare, they only looked far enough to back to find my ex's prescription which has progressive lenses (I've never had progressive lenses). Since prism didn't show up on the list of covered things for my vision insurance, they didn't seem to bother checking more closely or looking farther back in my claim history to see the claim my prescription should've been based on. Additionally, when I was looking at frames, the lady who was helping me insisted on a frame that didn't actually fit my face, but she insisted it would work. Now it's annoyingly mildly pressing against my ears. I only went to this location because it was closer to where I currently live than the Lake Zurich location (which, btw, is way better).
