She took her time to help get me zeroed in so that I would be seeing the world in the most crisp view possible. These are all reasons why I returned there this year when it was time for my eye exam. Again, she's absolutely fantastic and I would give her 10 out 5 stars!\n\nThe point where I deduct the star above is in the front office staff. In my humble opinion, the young woman who is the receptionist has no business sense about her. The tone of her voice is always sharp and everything she says comes off as rude, sarcastic, or like she just doesn't have the time or interest to help you. To back up the tone of her voice are the facial expressions. Those hover somewhere between boredom and a death stare. She also seems to be very tyrannical in her exchanges with her coworker. All of these things make her really unpleasant to deal with as a customer. If she could be moved to the back of the offices, far away from actually interacting with patients, this office would be great!!\n\nAlso, I was disappointed in the underhanded billing and what seems to be double dipping. I have extra insurance that provides free yearly eye exams. After my exam was completed, I was told by Miss Personality (she doesn’t wear a name tag or introduce herself) that I would have a $30 specialist copay . At no point did anyone inform me that the exam would be charged to my medical insurance instead of my insurance specifically for eye exams until after it was completed and I was checking out.
