Talked to an office person who asked if they could put me on hold and I agreed. It was 20 minutes to quitting time. I was on hold for 20 minutes because I could not believe the left for the weekend without coming back to my call, but that must be what happened because they did not answer when I called back. The Doc was great when I went for the exam and I'd give him 200%. The staff on the other hand, after this stunt....well I pray they receive the same customer service they gave me for the next year or two. They need more training on how to treat customers if you want repeat and referral business. I asked if I could return the $600 in contacts and get my money returned, so that I could scramble and try to get my eyes checked again (which I would again have to pay for) to see what my prescription actually is and get the correct contact lenses before I deploy in 2 weeks. The Florence Office manager (who is the one that oversees exchanges of contacts) basically and said they would not do refunds, even in this situation where the error lay with them. She also implied I lied about getting a different trial prescription.
