I got a text today saying my glasses are ready and their lunch hours are from 1 to 2. Yet, when I arrive 12:15, the office is closed and there’s a sign on the door stating their lunch hours are from 11:30 to 12:30. I purchased two new pair of the same glasses 3 weeks ago. The manager, Drew told me the warranty didn't apply because I was sold 2 different lenses and that both pair were not the same. They did not tell me this when I ordered them. Why would anyone do this I asked? I was very disappointed in the poor customer service and unwillingness to help me.
