I went in for an eye exam and ordered glasses. The associate told me my glasses would be ready in 10–14 days and that I would receive a call once they arrived. However, no one contacted me, even after more than three weeks.\n\nI finally called them myself and was told to hold while they checked my order—but no one got back to me. I was told the store manager would call me the next morning, but again, no call. I called 10–15 times throughout the day and still couldn’t get a response. On the third day, I was told once more that I would get a call back in 10–15 minutes, which never happened.\n\nEventually, another associate picked up and said they were still checking the status of my order. At that point, I asked for a refund because I had wasted over three weeks with no clear communication or follow-up. The staff was not responsible, and it was extremely frustrating trying to get any help.\n\nThis was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
