I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Jay. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. What stood out he most was how much they cared- not just about my vision but about my overal experience. It’s so rare to find a specialist who combines expertises with such compassion and attention to details. I left feeling confident and grateful to be in such capable hands!

Nothing but great things to say about this place. Dr Patel Is very professional And helped with my eye exam. He even suggested I get glasses and cut them and order them right then and there! Very clean and professional place to go!

I never bother to leave Google reviews for businesses, whether good or bad, but I'm leaving my 2nd five-star review here because Dr. Patel is the best. He is full of insightful, detailed, helpful advice. He consistently impresses me with his knowledge and caring. On more than one occasion he has offered to schedule last minute visits after office hours when the store should already be closed. He is also great on the phone. I could not be happier with this doctor and this branch.

Staff was friendly, felt welcomed, easy to make appointment and insurance accepted, clean facility. My only suggestion is to have more of a selection of frames covered by insurance.
