My daughter and I had such a wonderful experience from the moment we walked through the door! We were greeted right away and made to feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. The doctor was absolutely amazing—so thorough, patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. She took the time to make sure we both felt comfortable and answered any questions we had. We never felt rushed, and it was clear that she truly cares about her patients. The woman who helped us choose our glasses was just as wonderful! She was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable and made the whole process of finding the right glasses fun and easy. She really took her time with both of us and helped us find frames we loved. From beginning to end, the entire experience was exceptional. It’s not often that you leave a doctor’s appointment feeling this impressed with every part of the visit, but we absolutely did. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor. My daughter and I couldn’t have been happier with our experience and will definitely be returning!

I personally would love to say every experience with pearls vision has been amazing. They also saved me from being blind. Xiamara i would love to say thank you for her amazing help too as well. I went in for an eye exam and was greeted at the door as soon as I entered. They checked me in right away. I filled out a quick questionnaire before seeing the doctor. I had no wait at all. I was brought in to start my exam then went into the doctor's room where Dr. Sehgal was waiting for me to arrive. She was very nice and talked with me on a personal level and gave me some great advice. She said my eyes were doing very well and there was no change from last year's test. That's always good new! I went out front to pick out my new frames right away I was helped with that. The entire staff works very well together and really know what they're doing. I hope someone high up let's them know what a great job they're doing there and how happy I was that day. Maybe a little pizza party for the hard work they do?! This is the best place for the entire family. From the moment you come in from the moment you leave. Dr. Sehgal is amazing, my 13yr old felt comfortable, he was able to speak about his issues and she was so kind to show me with lenses what having his issues felt like. She addressed all issues and then some along with her assistantwho was so kind. Then Xiomara helped both my son and I choose his new lenses with such a good attitude. The vibe in this place is amazing! Is definitely a 10 out of 10

Had to replace a part on my glasses. Walked in, lovely lady took a look at the glasses and repaired it in less than 5 mins and didn’t charge a penny. Great atmosphere and great people!

A couple of weeks ago, I met an angel named Ari. I had broken my glasses and was told they couldn't be fixed. Then I called PV as they had always been good to me in a jam in the past. I went in giving it one last try and Ari took the time out of her day to "see what she could do." Well, this incredible woman found a part and ended up fixing my glasses. I am so grateful to her. More than I could ever say. She went above and beyond and did it with a smile. Eternally grateful 🙏!

Dr. Segal, is very professional, very patient. Fully explained everything clearly. Office staff also, very professional, great customer service. I highly recommend PEARL VISION in Peabody.
