I have gotten my trial contacts a month before with no problem and i called again to ask if i could go in and get them again, they said yes. On the day i came in they said i couldn’t get one because my prescription could’ve changed. As if im not already wearing my glasses from last year? They don’t actually care about their customers they are just money hungry. Which is probably why they have that 50 dollar cancellation fee too. I’m currently wearing my sisters contacts which are not even my prescription because i don’t have a choice.
