Not opened during advertised business hours. Have been trying to pick up my prescription glasses for 2 weeks. Also impossible to get ahold of them on the phone. Would recommend to go to another location.

This place did a horrible job with my prescription. The bifocal was not lined up correctly. When I needed to get them to fill out my paperwork for MVA, they never responded, and finally someone answered with 1 day left to renew my license, they told me a few days. When I said I couldn't wait that long, he became rude. I will never use them ever again.

I’ve been coming to the Pearle Vision on Liberty Road since I was 14 years old. This was the location that helped me through my very first experience getting glasses, and later contacts, and for years it felt like a place I could genuinely trust.
Dr. Caplin helped me through so much over the past decade, so when I found out he retired, it honestly shocked me. Unfortunately, since then, the experience hasn’t been the same. The overall quality and consistency have dropped significantly compared to what I was used to for so many years. It also feels like there have been changes in management/operations (I.e the business was sold and got a new owner), and the customer service hasn’t matched what it used to be.
I never thought I’d say this after being a loyal patient for so long, but I’ve now decided to part ways and go elsewhere.

The doctors are very knowledgeable. THE FRONT END STAFF, particularly, Elise is very rude and careless when handling the ordering of prescriptions. She ordered the incorrect prescription which she mentioned may have belonged to someone else. When asked for resolution the staff neglected to accept a return for corrected lens although it was their error. They Never answer the phone. Their system is always down. IF YOU RESPECT YOUR TIME AND VISION HEALTH. Do not go there. The previous Dr., Dr caplan and staff is missed. I was able to file A claim with my insurance and the BBB. Unfortunately some people lack dignity in their profession. My family and I will never give our business to Pearle Vision ever again.

Had a very great experience my brother took our 88 year old mother too get her new glasses. The staff were very professional and treated her with much compassion. I took her too pick up her glasses young lady name Aleese was outstanding and very friendly did a great job. 👍🏾 too her for her service she was great.

I waited for over 3 hours for a normal eye exam. When I finally got in, 3 hours past my appointment time, it was actually a telemedicine visit with a different doctor than the one I had booked the appointment with. Now I am waiting for an order of contacts, they said it would take about a week to arrive. Over 2 weeks later, I haven't heard anything and I can't get anyone to pick up the phone. No one will call you back if you leave a voicemail.

If I could leave no stars, I would!! If you have the 1st appointment of the day, it is NEVER on time! And don't mind the dr is running behind and you have to wait, I mean the office/store itself is STILL closed!! My today was at 11am and the store opens at 10am. I waited in that parking lot for almost any hour and the store is still closed! And this has happened MULTIPLE yrs!! I've scheduled appointments for 10am, 10:30, and now 11am and the office STILL CLOSED! No call, no text, NOTHING!

I waited almost a month to pickup my glasses. My check was cashed in 4 days. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my service outcome.
