I had an unexpected eye issue and needed a last-minute appointment, and they were so accommodating and helpful right from my very first phone call. Booking and arrival were quick and stress-free. The eye exam process with both the optometrist assistant and the optometrist was fast, thorough, and completely comfortable. When it came time to pick out frames, the sales team was incredible. They were super patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful in finding the perfect pair without making me feel rushed. The entire staff here is unbelievably friendly, welcoming, and attentive, especially Suzanna. If you are on the fence about where to go for your next eye care visit or pair of glasses, give them a call. You will be in great hands!

I went to the Pearle Vision store in Columbia mall, Suzanna greeted me as I walked in and then assisted me in finding the right pair of glasses for me. She was very knowledgeable and patient and had a wonderful personality. When I went to pick my glasses up I had the opportunity to work with Elisa, she to was great to work with. I received great service from Ruby at Pearle Vision in Columbia, MD. My sunglasses were missing a screw and the lens came out from the frame. I was also missing the screw that secures the lens to the frame. I was also about to go out on vacation and needed the sunglasses. I called the store and spoke to Ruby. She had extra screws in the store and was able to repair the sunglasses within minutes. Highly recommend this store and Ruby for customer service.

Your business is only as good as the smile you receive at the door and that’s so true for this location. Been coming here for 3-4 years now and Syusanna (I am sure I botched the spelling) is awesome! Super attentive, helpful, and easy to chat with. Dr Shastri and everyone else here are great as well. See you guys next year and thanks for the new specs!

Ruby is a lifesaver! My glasses frames broke and I needed my lenses transferred to new, identical frames. Ruby quickly made the switch, cleaned my lenses and made the necessary adjustments so my new frames fit perfectly! Thanks again, Ruby! Andrea M Davis

This is my second year visiting Pearle Vision. I am giving it 5 stars rating as Dr. Nicole Shastri spend enough time to check/ exam my eyes and explained it to me in simple terms understandable. Also, on the front desk Syuzauna ( sorry if I did not spell your name correctly) is so professional and friendly. She explained me all the options available so I was able to select the ones I need based on my daily use of the eye glasses. It was so surprising that I went to pick up my glasses almost a week later from the due date as I was busy, but by the time she saw me she picked those glasses from the shelf without asking my name, it means they care about their customers. Thank you Pearle team.
