They were very helpful and kind with getting my order together. I had an awful experience with Dr. Michael Keramati. He rushed my appointment, didn’t listen to me when I said the contacts he put in were uncomfortable, only gave me a prescription for glasses when I told him I am a full time contact wearer. He told me that it didn’t matter and I could order my contacts using my glasses prescription (which is not true at all since it is a bit different). My appointment with him took all of 10 mins and when it was done he rushed out of the place not even 5 mins after he was done with me. He didn’t take the time to wait and see if the contacts started to feel any better, didn’t wait around for any questions I had and really just completely disregarded my concerns. If you go, choose any other Doctor but him. Hopefully they will treat you better. I tried to get the new Rx in my current frames, through that provider, but was unsuccessful after two tries and finally gave up. I was directed to Joe at Pearle Vision by a friend. After explaining my issue, Joe took the time to explain in detail the cause of the issue I was experiencing and provide me with a solution. During this process he made several calls to the sunglass company (Maui Jim) and went far and beyond what would be considered normal. I finally got my glasses, and they were perfect. Joe was patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We paid for this prescription and now they won't give us them which is not only straight up theft, but now makes it twice that we were lied to.
