Pearle Vision Canton

My experience with Pearl Vision in Canton is always amazing! I have been going there for the past 15 years. They service myself and my two daughters. The staff Ms. Tonya and Ms Julie are amazing! This was the first time I worked Dr. Jalal, bit she was so informative and amazing. She made sure I understood everything.

Pearl Vision, Ford Rd., CANTON Twp, Michigan is THE “go to” for EXCELLENT eye 👀 care and attention to detail ‼️ ALWAYS a “POSITIVE” EXPERIENCE. 👍 Clearly, Dr. Hagan, Dr. Jalal, and their team of professionals, Tanya, Pam, Jules, Danielle, Tamia, Suzan, Justin are CARING, dedicated, EXPERIENCED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, TECHNICAL, patient, understanding and PASSIONATE!!! 🏆 They bring their “A GAME” EVERY DAY and they do it with INTENTION; to focus on the customers’ primary needs while maintaining a clean, spacious, well-lit and comfortable environment, offering plenty of seating. 👍 Just watch them for 2 minutes. I made up my mind, they are stuck with me. 😂 Come one, come all! 🤗 There is plenty of room for everyone!!! 🥳 🥳 🥳

New patient visit. The visit was very pleasant and I felt at home immediately! Dr. Jalal and Julie were very nice and welcoming. They were also super informative to help me determine what was best for my eye care and cost expenses, which I really appreciated. Overall a great first time visit, and excited to continue to return.

Danielle was very helpful with me picking out frames and what lenses would be good for me working on a computer for 8 hrs a day. She is such a very sweet, knowledgeable young lady.

I just want to say I have been going to Pearl Vision on Ford road in canton for along time. Dr Jeffrey Hagan gives a great exam my prescription is aways spot on . The staff is always professional and helpful in picking out frames .If anything needs adjusting you can always stop by. This is way I would recommend Pearl Vision Canton.

I really like your Canton,MI store. I have come there for eye exams & glasses since my 40’s. I broke my (3 year old) glasses last week and brought them to the store for help repairing the rimless lens holder that broke. This was fixed no-charge and I had the nose pieces replaced for $5.30. Very thankful for that. I like the equipment at the store that you use for vision exams. I think your doctor is great. She really knows her stuff and is personable. (Marzuka Khan Jalal) she wastes no time and gives great explanations! The cost of Glasses is another story. Now in my late 60’s I’m getting very price sensitive. I was quoted by Pam, for a similar set to what I have as costing $692. My vision insurance was useless as the store discount for frames & lenses was better than the insurance benefit. For the exam I paid $10 co-pay for the exam + $39 for the Photographic Retinal screening I had done last 3 years ago. (This so I did not have the Dr. use dilating drops to do that manually (offered at no-charge) but I needed to go back to viewing my PC for work so decided to do it this time! I took the eye exam prescription info over to Visionworks (within a mile down Ford Road) and they sold me glasses for $330. I have yet to pick them up but cannot understand the price gap. ($362 COST Avoidance buying from Visionworks!) I will probably come to your store for the exam since you doctor has my records. But, now I will probably price shop the glasses. It makes me wonder how much more I paid over the years.

Dr. Jalal was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Danielle provided great customer service and took her time to assisted me with ordering my new glasses and even went above and beyond to help in repairing my older pair. Definitely five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!

Love this place! I switched from a couple different vision shops before coming to Pearle as SVS and Visionworks were not very good. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and couldn’t be happier. Danielle is amazing!

The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. The doctor was personable and really listened to all of my concerns. But Pam—WOW! She is absolutely top notch. She walked me through my appointment step by step, personally cleaned each machine before I used it, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. When I became overwhelmed with eyeglass selections, she gave her honest, thoughtful opinions until it was clear which frames were the perfect fit for me. Even though this is a Pearle Vision chain location, I felt like I was in a small, family-owned shop with the level of care and personal attention I received. Truly outstanding service!
