I had my eye exam today. This was my first exam in years deciding it was time to make the jump from readers to real glasses. I have to say the entire staff actually made it a wonderful experience!! They were so knowledgeable and friendly. They really took their time with me and cared about not just what was best for my vision but also how my new glasses would look and best of all how I felt in them!! I seriously can't recommend them enough and can't wait till my new glasses come in!!

Everyone in this office rocks! All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Matson is great! He definitely cares about all of his patients. My appointment was quick but not at all rushed, and I got help picking out new frames by Tracy! Everyone is also following the Covid regulations and regularly sanitizing surfaces.

Dr. Matson has been my optometrist for 15 years, and I find him to be exceptional! He is friendly, personable, thorough and patient, as well as having a good sense of humor. He has a very gentle and easy style, and I never feel rushed through my appointment. The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful, and the manager, Patrick, always spends as much time as I need to help me pick out my frames, and their frame selection is awesome. He's also very personable and funny, as well as knowledgeable! It's always a fun and positive experience all around, and I highly recommend Dr. Matson and his staff for all your eye care needs. They strive for excellence and satisfaction in patient care. I so appreciate that in today's world where we often feel like a number and not a name.

I took my 90 year old mother in for new glasses. A lady named Kasi was helping us, she was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, kind. While she was helping us a man walked in without a mask, she instantly approached the man and he was giving her a hard time. She stood her ground, gave him a mask before allowing him in the store and I GREATLY appreciated that! The customer was rude to her and that is not acceptable. Because of her I will bring my son in when he visits from college out of State and I will go back when it's time for myself to get new glasses. She is an amazing woman, much respect, and thank you! More people should be like you.

Dr. Matson and his team are amazing! This was only my second eye exam, YES IN LIFE, and this was a much better experience than my first. His team was knowable and patient. They helped me understand each expense as well as my insurance coverage. Dr. Matson provided a thorough exam and helped me to better vision! Looking forward to being a repeat customer.
