Pearle Vision Royal Oak

Nice people and good doctors who carefully examined my wife's eyes and my own. We used our insurance and it covered some of the costs for exams. However, since they have almost exclusively designer frames (which are pricey), and our insurance covered a small portion of lens prescription, we went to Costco to get ours filled.

Ann Marie was excellent. Very customer focused and helpful. She deserves a raise.

The eye exam was great.Dr. Blum was great. Service was slow, not a lot of recommendations and I felt like my questions were a burden. Team members seem to not enjoy working together. They were mostly all friendly but it felt not genuine. Almost like they expect everyone to know the process but we get glasses every few years and we forget. I filled out the form and said I didn’t want the retinal exam and they gave it to me and charged me $44. When I mentioned I already said I didn’t want that they ignored me and charged me anyway. Also over two weeks for glasses is too long.

Not sure why but it's been six weeks and the lab just got my glasses. Told the lenses are done at one lab and inserting into the frame is another lab. Seems inefficient to me. I hope nothing else is a disappointment once they arrive.

Everyone was very friendly, intelligent and efficient.

They are so Great and Awesome your Employees are so sweet and kind and so Professional they handle everything in A Good Professional Manner the Eye Doctor was Sooo sweet and Nice she made me feel Good as a Customer this is my Second time at Pearl Vision I love Pearl Vision I get my Prescription Reading Glasses from Pearl Vision every few years Godbless them!!!!

Dishonest salespeople. I admitted to my salesperson that I didn't know much about glasses, and they took advantage of me and forced me into upgrades saying that was the only option. My fault for believing they had my interest in mind, not just their own commission
