Hope is amazing, not only did she help me pick out a pair of Cartier. She made sure that the frame fitted my face. Great service and I will highly recommend Hope to everyone. Hope is my go on when it comes to making a purchase. Thanks again Hope!!

my experience here was nothing short of amazing. dr goldberg was very nice and so was lynn. i haven't been to the eye doctor in a very long time, so i was really nervous, but they both made me feel comfortable and walked me through everything thoroughly. i didnt catch the lady at the front desks name, but she also was extremely pleasant. i definitely will be back to this location! :)

I’ve been following Hope every store she’s been at. She always knows what I like and what looks good on me. She doesn’t pressure me into buying something I don’t like or can’t afford. All the other ladies at this location are super sweet. Please go pay my girl Hope a visit! Tell her Porsche sent you! I promise you won’t regret it.

After purchasing my glasses at this location (and I had a great experience) my new glasses needed some slight adjustments. Hope was so helpful making the exact adjustment so that my glasses fit better and I could read better with the progressives. She was kind enough to clean my old glasses which a lense always popped out when wiping them. Even though they were my old pair that I hadn’t even gotten from Pearl Vision, she proceeded to re-string them so the lense would stay in place! She went above and beyond her duty and I was very pleased with her help. I really like this location and will be going back from now on. Very helpful staff!

5 + stars for HOPE!!! She is pleasant, open, honest and patient! I will seek her out for any visit However, I was not impressed with 2 other employees whom I asked to pull specific frames and they sat at the front desk talking loudly about funerals and appropriate church behavior

I had a great experience at Pearle Vision off of Highland Road in Waterford. Lynn was very helpful selecting the right frames for my progressives, as well as getting the right measurements for positioning. Got my new glasses and am extremely satisfied with every step in the process. I highly recommend them for your eye care needs.

Dr. Bradley was great. He took his time with my exam and I didn’t get feel rushed. They have a great selection of glasses at this location, it was hard for me to choose but Mrs. Hope was amazing! She was friendly, patient and helped me pick out the perfect frames…explained everything clearly and we talked and laughed the whole appointment. Thank you!

The office staff here goes above and beyond. I'm very thankful for their patience as I was about to give up. Dee took extra time to make sure my glasses fit properly. You don't find good service like this very much anymore. I truly appreciate it!
