We are on the second generation now! We always have complete and thorough eye exams. All the tests we need for glaucoma monitoring and other diseases of the eye are done with patience and care. If we don’t need a lens change they don’t give us one. Our insurance is easily handled, they file for us! All of the ophthalmologists we’ve seen there have been kind, friendly and skilled. They have a wide range of frames, prices and selection. The office staff is so helpful with selection of frames, helping you find just the right ones. They are so accommodating when it comes to repairs and adjustments of frames. However, the Dr., Jane Linville was the most offensive, rude, condescending person I’ve ever encountered at a first meeting. This was an annual check up and she was short tempered, talked over me, and talked down to me. I was having trouble with wearing the mask and steaming up the lenses and she was impatient with that. Told me my vision was blurry because I’m “_ _ years old and probably have cataracts!” Then physically pulled my head into the camera to take pictures of supposed cataracts, where there was no need to touch me and I’d never had any eye Dr do that. After that, I said I was done and would not take the abuse any more. This was the most stressful and bizarre Dr. appointment I’ve ever had and feel sorry for the office as this is there is only one Dr. They deserve better. If I could give her ZERO stars I would.
