Pearle Vision Burnsville

My husband and I each just got new glasses at Pearle Vision at Burnsville Center. Gina was friendly, efficient and so helpful in the entire process from placing the order through making the minor fitting adjustments when we picked up our glasses. This was the third time I have bought glasses here over the past 6 years and each time I have had a great experience!

This was my first visit to a Pearle Vision location and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience! Dr. Clare was so kind and funny. He took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. His assistant Jackie was also very kind and fun. I’m thankful I choose to switch to Pearle!

The first time I have visited Pearle Vision to purchase prescription glasses. A very nice selection of frames to choose from - low cost to high end. Best was assistance from Jackie, actually quite invaluable. All my questions on lens choice answered and very pleased with all the service provided.

I just bought new glasses. Jackie did a wonderful job helping me find the right frames and lenses. She knows her business inside and out. Jackie is very thorough in taking care of every aspect and detail of finding and fitting your new glasses. I highly recommend seeing Jackie at Pearl Vision.

Staff was friendly and professional. The eye exam was thorough and the doctor answered all my questions. Never felt rushed or pressured to buy additional services or unnecessary stuff. Will definitely go back.

Went into store to see if they could fix a pair of eyeglasses asked if I needed an appointment for eye exam they said yes but Jackie went in back and came out and said we happen to have an opening. I was so appreciative because it was something I needed done Dr. Martin, did the exam got the prescription ready.Brenda helped me pick out glasses and told me they would be ready today. I got everything taken care care of in a few hours. 1000% A+ service would recommend them to anybody. She said they were extremely nice. Customer service was amazing. And thankful for the experience.

They were always ready to answer any questions I had, ensuring that I felt informed and at ease throughout the process. The sales team also played a significant role in my positive experience. They were spectacular in their approach, providing excellent service and guidance. Jackie, in particular, was outstanding. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect pair of glasses. The final result was fantastic, and I am absolutely delighted with my new eyewear. Recently had my annual eye check-up with Pearle Vision. The staff there were friendly and helpful. I have been going here for 20+ years and Dr. Martin has checked my eyes that many years. He is very friendly, provides explanations that are easy to understand, and he always has recommendations when I have questions.
