At 43 years old, my age and weight has changed dramatically.\n\nI’ve worn the same brand of glasses (silhouettes) since I was in 9th or 10th grade. This is the first time I’m convinced my insurance money was wasted. Given that Luxottica owns (almost) the entire eyewear market, I don’t expect changes based on my feedback.\n\nYeah, my experience was bad and you don’t care. You’re a huge conglomerate making billions. sure, the sales person might be tracked back to my experience and they are overworked and underpaid. I don’t blame them - the problem is the company. It forgets humans exist and places profit, and thru-put over actual patients. I don’t blame the sales person, they are doing their best.
