I had an eye check up and the doctor had given me a prescription which went pretty smooth. When I discussed with the lady at the front I specifically requested for bifocal and they had forgotten when I received the glasses even when I was charged. I told them they had forgotten it but to correct it they charged me again for the mistake THEY made.

Nina and Angelica are very helpful! They have great advice about what shape and kind of glasses I needed!

I completed my 3rd annual exam at Pearle Vision in Eagan MN this past week. As the two prior visits, this one was equally as efficient and pleasant. I give a shout out to Nina who is not only very knowledgeable, but has a very friendly welcoming demeanor. The entire experience will certainly lead me back again for all of my vision needs!

Originally gave 5 stars because I thought the service was good. Now I'm taking stars off. 2 times now the girl Nina at the front tried to gaslight me and claimed we talked about certain things that we definitely did not discuss.

I’m honestly don’t want to give one star atleast. They don’t respect a patient. 2 front desk women employees are rude to the patients for no reason. Disappointed . Never want to be at this place again

The optometrist was pleasant and the two ladies up front were very nice. Decent selection for frames in-store.

It's terrible because they wrote the wrong prescription and they didn't give me a refund.

The exam was great but the $25.00 charge for PD is absolutely ridiculous. It's obviously a penalty for not purchasing frames and glasses at Pearle Vision.
