We stood around for a good 15 minutes, walking in circles with our tray of frames. There was only one rep that was occupied with someone and everyone else who was available didnt offer to help us.\n\nWhen the rep, Anna, who was helping another client finished up, she immediately asked me if we were waiting on exams or if we were ready. She had the patience of a saint (mine was absolutely running out 🤣) and tonight she was there when we picked the kid's glasses up and her customer service was superb!
