Pearle Vision Elk River

I had my regular eye exam today with Gina Gill. Always wonderful experience from front counter to check out. She takes the time to ask about your family and really explain things to me about the eye exam that I didn't know. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Dr Gill is excellent. She have me another very thorough exam. Friendly staff. Clean office. Easy to make an appt. Up to date equipment. I trust them with my eyes!

Mike was absolutely phenomenal! He was so sweet, calm, patient, knowledgeable. He was teaching my daughter about contact lenses, and, I couldn't have asked for someone better. His demeanor was perfect for my very shy, nervous daughter... and, he knew exactly when she needed some positive words of encouragement. Thanks Mike!!!!

Everything about my visit to Pearle Vision in Elk River exceeded my expectations. I was greeted promptly, checked in quickly and was able to browse their large selection of eyewear while waiting for my eye exam. Dr. Chabin exhibited warmth, kindness and empathy during our visit. I need cataract surgery and she was very knowledgeable about surgeons in the area, and the services they offer, before providing me with a referral. I highly recommend this office and especially Dr. Chabin.

Love Pearle Vision! Been going here for years now, the providers are all awesome and those helping the providers - doing appointments, helping you pick your new glasses, running your eye tests before you see the eye doctor 😀 are all wonderful, friendly, courteous, and don't push you to buy something you don't need/want! I've been seeing provider Dr. Gill for a few years now, she's awesome, hilarious 😂 was in the room already when I was brought in after I was done with my eye tests, and she was killing a spider that was in the room! It was funny because it's one of those jumping, little ones, and it kept trying to jump away while she was trying to step on it. It was just really funny 😁 great way to start out an appointment, laughing and happy!!! We found a freckle in my right eye that I never knew about and she explained it to me, having a picture of it is good so they can keep an "eye" (pun intended!!) on it. It can change, just like freckles on your skin can. I never knew that and she explained it to me, which helped so much with understanding about it. I love her!!! I highly recommend her to anyone who is needing a new eye doctor!! You won't regret switching to her!

They are knowledgeable, kind and considerate. I would recommend Pearle Vision Elk River to anyone. I just think they are so helpful. Plus with a lab there it csn be pretty swift getting your glasses. They are considerate in you trying some or referring if they can't do something there or you need more extensive help. Really just give them a try if you've never been there.

PEARLE VISION IN ELK RIVER IS AMAZING!!! These guys went above and beyond and everything they did and blew my expectations out the water these guys here are next level! Kyle is amazing at his job and what he does and his customer service skills are extraordinary this guy is tremendous! I came in to get my glasses they were tinted not quite how I wanted and he retinted them exactly how I wanted they gave me a hard case instead of a soft case and then gave me an even better hard case with two cleaning cloths and spray all for free at no extra cost included with my glasses! Wow just amazing I could go on and on! Service is extraordinary I have the recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!

The staff here were very kind & welcoming to me. It’s been nearly a decade since I’ve been to a Pearle Vision location & I learned a lot in my recent appointment. They are very helpful and honest about every detail during the appointments and are good at making you feel comfortable and at ease.

I had a wonderful visit today! Dr. Rojas was so kind and knowledgeable, giving me such in-depth answer to all my questions! She set an inspiring example for how I want to approach my patients when I enter the healthcare field myself. Thank you to Kyle as well for all the information at the end, we felt very well informed!

I had an amazing experience at pearle vision in elk river. Dr chabin and Dr Rojas were both amazing they helped me feel better after I got a bad scratch in my eye. I cant thank you guys enough, it feels so much better and my vision is starting to come back again! Thank you guys for everything!
