Pearle Vision Maple Grove

Had the best experience at Pearle Vision in Maple Grove today. Was able to secure a same-day exam and the Optometrist was so kind and thorough. When it was time to pick out glasses, the person helping me (I didn’t catch their name but they had the coolest neck tattoo and piercings!) was so fun and really gave me confidence to make the decisions that I was excited about. It was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely come back to this location!

I am giving 5 stars to Pearle Vision in Maple Grove, MN. My first eye exam appointment didn’t go well & subsequently, I wrote a public, negative review about my experience with the doctor who examined me. I won’t go into it. The very next day I received a call from Kit, the manager of Pearle Vision. He’d read my negative review and reached out to me apologetically offering a way to fix it. He was so kind & understanding. And you know what? Kit DID fix it!! I scheduled a 2nd appointment with a different doctor, Doctor Lehmann, who was absolutely wonderful. I was so impressed by her professionalism, her thoroughness, her attitude, her personality & her “bedside manner “. She was so easygoing and explained everything she was doing before she did it. She clearly went over the results with me in a way I could understand. She was awesome. I really want to express my gratitude & respect towards Kit (store manager) for contacting me & letting me know that he truly cared about my negative experience & how willing he was to make it right. After his call I remember thinking WOW! Pearle Vision is so fortunate to have Kit as their manager. This man is not only knowledgeable, capable, professional & approachable- he is an incredible PEOPLE PERSON! His commitment to customer service is above & beyond. I’m so impressed with this team! I walked out the door with a huge smile on my face. Shout out to Lynn who took care of the initial pre exam protocol. Fantastic job, Lynn! GO TO PEARLE VISION IN MAPLE GROVE NOW! Do it!! I will never go elsewhere for my vision needs. Thank you to Kit, Dr. Leuhmann (& Lynn) for turning my crappy 1st visit around to a very different & wonderful experience. I couldn’t be more impressed. I have been a regular at Pearle Vision in Maple Grove for years. Julia has assisted me with frames for years, and she is simply outstanding in guiding me to frames, and so personable. I feel known when I enter Pearle. In addition to the great service, I greatly appreciate the dedication of the Hawley's to support learning in the Osseo Area Schools. The contributions to the community are simply amazing.

Rarely do I review an eye clinic but they are just fabulous!! Kind, professional and just above par. I love Blake! He has a true passion for what he does and was so fun and helpful with helping me find my glasses. Give him a raise 🤩 I will totally recommend this place. Thank you!

The person assisting me was extremely patient, helpful and gave me lots of options while looking for new frames. When they were ready for pick up the same person assisted with making sure they were adjusted properly! Don’t know their name but young Hispanic male

I always go here because they are so helpful all the time with selecting glasses. They have each other give opinions which one they like the best. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable about what glasses fit your face. Keeps me coming back!

The staff here are truly kind and do their best. I imagine they are not paid enough for what they do as they provide excellent service. Needed glasses pads repaired and they ended up taking a long time. The staff kept me updated and were kind despite the long process which was out of their control. Shoutout to KIT who finally fixed my glasses and made sure they were PERFECT before I walked out the door. Thank you all!

I had such a great experience at this location on 6/6/25. Tracy helped me pick out my new glasses, and she was phenomenal! She was so friendly and easy to talk to, and really took the time to get to know me and understand my personal style. I trusted her so much that I let her pick out the frames for me — and I’m so glad I did! This was my first time getting transitional lenses, and Tracy went above and beyond to explain the different options in great detail. We even tried out different transition colors, and I ended up choosing the Ruby tone, which I absolutely love. It was a time-consuming process, but Tracy was patient, kind, and never pushy. She’s incredibly honest and has a talent for helping customers feel confident in their choices. Since getting my new glasses, I’ve received so many compliments! And to top it off, they arrived much faster than expected — I ordered them on 6/6/25, and they were ready by 6/11/25 (well ahead of the usual timeline). The frame selection at the Maple Grove location is huge — way more options than I’ve seen at other locations. Also, Dr. Sweeter did a fantastic job with my eye exam. It was very thorough and informative. I originally came in due to an eye issue, and I appreciated the early appointment availability. Thankfully, the problem resolved with just warm compresses and gentle massage — no antibiotics needed. The only small downside was the bathroom — it’s a bit outdated and located in the back, but it was still clean. Not a deal breaker by any means. Thank you again, Tracy and the Pearle Vision – Maple Grove team, for such a positive experience! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Noah was amazing. He was knowledgeable about frames,. as well as add-ons for my new glasses. He also has very good taste in frames, and helped me pick out my new eyewear.

Super friendly staff and helped me find the most perfect frame for my small face. Blake was fantastic ! I recommend him, he has great style.
