Pearle Vision Roseville

Recently I went to 5 different stores searching for glasses. Not only did this location have a great selection, they also had excellent customer service. Every person there was friendly & not pushy. Alvin helped me when I finally decided on a pair of glasses and he went above and beyond to help find every discount he could find. It was a lovely experience!

I have been visiting this location for years now, and I appreciate the warm welcome and the staff's expertise. On this occasion, Alvin was excellent in helping me select the latest eyewear styles—thanks to him, it turned out to be a great choice. Lynn was also incredibly kind when handing them over and assisting with the fitting. Thank you both very much!

My son and I both had eye exams done last winter at this location. So impressed with the staff. I just called back to get something sent to me and Jillian was so helpful, polite and upbeat. It's so rare to get great customer service these days and she stood out as just generally very kind. Thank you Jillian! Keep it up

I brought my son into Pearle Vision in Roseville, and Alvin, the store manager, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help my kid feel comfortable throughout the process. His friendly attitude made the whole experience stress free. We will definitely be coming back!

I've been a customer/client of Dr. Meyer and this Pearl Vision location for 10 years. I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. He has state of art of equipment to check your eyes and the health of your eyes. They keep accurate records so you can track your health over the years. I highly recommend this Pearl Vision location and putting your trust in Dr. Meyer. I do have to laugh at some of the negative reviews. Read them carefully. They tell a story about WHO wrote it. It made me mad, so I posted my experience. If you want quality and integrity, trust Pearl Vision, Dr. Meyer and his staff.

I had an issue with my contact lenses that were delivered. It was a manufacturer issue, no fault of Pearle. When I called, I fully expected to have to go in for another eye exam and pay out of pocket to get the correct contacts, which would have been difficult for me. Instead, Alvin made the whole experience amazing, fixed the issue and was super helpful! I am so happy I found this location!

Kat was extremely nice and helpful! She was great helping me with my frames and explaining what my insurance covers since i just got new insurance. The customer service was top notch!
