Pearle Vision Roseville

I took my elderly dad to Pearle Vision in Roseville, and Alvin went above and beyond for him. He was kind, respectful, and explained everything in a way my dad could easily understand. His patience and professionalism really stood out. We truly appreciated the care he provided.

My wife needed help picking out new glasses, and Alvin made the experience so easy. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. He answered every question and helped her find the perfect pair. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

I brought my son into Pearle Vision in Roseville, and Alvin, the store manager, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help my kid feel comfortable throughout the process. His friendly attitude made the whole experience stress free. We will definitely be coming back!

Very odd doctor and manager they have at this location. My interaction with the doctor wasn't great at all. The doctor didn't seem like he cared about my concerns with my vision and wanted me to be in and out the exam as fast as he could. Alvin, the manager, was "helping" me after the exam and let's just say, he was very rude. I've never had glasses before so I wanted to know what my options were and he only mentioned the high end materials which I wasn't interested in due to my insurance coverage. After he quoted me on ONE EXPENSIVE OPTION FOR GLASSES, I asked him what the refund policy is which he said that pearle vision DOESN'T have a refund policy!!!!! Get this manager in check!!!

NEVER GO HERE.. The manager Alvin is a creep. I brought my daughter in to shop for glasses. Cat was so sweet and helpful, and she priced the glasses out to be around $180 after our insurance. Once my daughter found her pair (from the value section) we went back to the desk to get everything ordered. That is when Alvin jumped in. He refused to let us work with Cat, and insisted that we sit down at his desk instead. His desk is very messy. I could see other patients' information everywhere. Names, phone numbers, EVERYTHING. He asked my daughter if she had a husband. unprofessional. When he was finally done pricing her out, he reached a price of over $500 after insurance. When we asked to get the price that Cat gave us, he said we didn't understand, then he called us cheap. I am never coming back.

Well, after some time, they finally reached out to me themselves to remind me that I needed an eye exam. That was fine, but I reminded them of the terrible service I’d received last time and the employee who had been so disrespectful to me. They said they would call me back. And sure enough, that same rude man called back—but instead of apologizing, he spoke to me rudely again. Who is he, anyway, and why does he act like that? It's simply terrible.... My first original message is below. I have been a customer of this place for 3 years and until today everything was fine. The glasses were made without any problems and I was happy to use them. But today everything was different. I will wait for some time for a call from them to correct the situation. I do not want to simply leave everything as it was. I hope they will find the right solutionIn... any case, I will inform the public later how it all ended.. oh, you finally gave some kind of answer, thank you, that's great. I hope that you can help with the essence of the problem. I'll wait! and I'll give you confirmation of the relationship with your company. My son and I both had eye exams done last winter at this location. So impressed with the staff. I just called back to get something sent to me and Jillian was so helpful, polite and upbeat. It's so rare to get great customer service these days and she stood out as just generally very kind. Thank you Jillian! Keep it up

I have always had a great experience with my eye doctor here at this location, especially today! Rose was the absolute sweetest. She went above and beyond to help me pick out the cutest glasses, she was very patient, helpful, and overall fun to talk with. She went above and beyond and I am grateful to have had her help me out!!

Rose was such a great help . Paying a lot of money for glasses can be stressful but she was able to make the process so smooth and somewhat fun.

Kat was extremely nice and helpful! She was great helping me with my frames and explaining what my insurance covers since i just got new insurance. The customer service was top notch!
