I picked out new eyeglasses on July 20th 2021. This was my first time shopping here and after entering I was greeted right away. At the time I purchased my eyeglasses the associate told me they would follow up with me in 1 week to update me on the status but I was never contacted. I also wanted to get the transition lenses that change in the car and was told that was not available, LensCrafters was able to get these lenses but they were not a in network provider for insurance. I then called the location on July 30th 2021 and was told, \"Your glasses are just needing a final inspection and can be picked up anytime. We are open until 5:30pm.\" So I guess this place does not call their customers letting them know when their eyeglasses are ready? Also their hours are terrible not open on weekends not even Saturdays and open only from 8:30am until 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Most other locations are at least open until 7pm or 8pm and are open on Saturdays. The only reason I went here was because they were an in network provider for my insurance.
