I also didn't get a glasses case. Then I had my sunglasses lenses swapped out and was told on multiple occasions it would only take an hour but it took two. I wish they would have let me make an appt for the lenses so I could have actually gotten in and had them replaced timely instead of having to wait two hours for the replacement. It's funny, the doctor writes me a script 1-3-24 for tint for both my vehicles after my eye exam. Before the year was up I purchased a new vehicle (11/2024) and asked to have my tint script updated for the new car on 12-31-2024 before I left to Texas for work but she decided to change my script and tint percentages, kept the same 1-3-24 date and states \"Without another $$$ dollar eye exam she won't change it\" even though she just re wrote a new script with the same 1-3-24 date and based it off her current discretion. Hey, 20% is just as illegal as limo tint and looks just as good. I'll definitely take my business elsewhere in the future. They also didn't have a problem selling me 700 dollars worth of contacts on 12-31-24 with an almost one year old prescription but actually encouraged it, before my script ran out. Seems like a shady place to me. She was sweet from start to finish and made our visit less stressful with our kids in tow. I came out and they were sitting nicely eating m&ms.
