They don’t tell you until you get back to the room after all the initial tests are done and when they’re switching the lenses for “which is better one or two” it takes so long to switch that you have no idea what the previous one was. After the exam you then have to wait for ANOTHER virtual doctor to come on and give you your results from the test. They had 3 chances to give a heads up: when I made my appointment, when I rescheduled said appointment, and when I got there. Horrible. Had I known ahead of time I would not have kept my appointment.
