I requested some glasses with certain characteristics and they were doing the job poorly. From the beginning they contradicted themselves in the prices then when they said they had me at the job ready I went to pick up my glasses and what was my surprise when I received them they were not what I had requested. I returned the glasses and told them that I would not receive a job with the characteristics that I had requested. Later they do the job again. I go to pick them up and again I realize that they did not do the job that I requested again and they still want to charge me more money to do the job that I requested from the beginning. Amy displayed excellent customer service, greeting us with a friendly, welcoming smile. We were struggling to find frases for our daughter, and Amy went above and beyond to help find something she liked, even sharing her input on styles that would work for the look she was going for. She was patient and didn't rush us. Amy suggested more frame options at another location that she worked. When a frame was selected, she made sure if she wasn't at the original location we had went to to pick them up, she would make sure we could get them at the location where she'd be working that day for our convenience. She was great! Our previous experience here with another employee was anything but satisfactory, so Amy really made up for that bad experience. She gave excellent customer service and because of her, we will go back to pearle vision. Hope she will get rewarded in some way because its not everyday that you get this kind of quality customer service. He said to stop back in to check on the reaction, which I did (about 15 minute visit). And Pearl Vision then turned around and billed my medical insurance which they are billing me a whole separate deductible for.
