My mom is a very sweet lady compared to me.\n- the process felt very rushed.\nLobby staff\n- felt rushed\n- fake smiles\n- treated their job like it was a routine.\n\nAlso it took us 2 months to get the glasses, even though they said it would only take 2 weeks.
