Concerned I might have a stye or an infection, I contacted the office. Alyce took my info and was, thankfully, able to get an appointment for me that afternoon. I saw Dr. Shah who found that it was all because my dry eye had just gotten really bad. A script was sent in immediately for prescription eye drops which I've been using ever since. A few months later, the pain/irritation has not returned. Dr. Shah and Alyce, as well as the exam manager Carol, were all very kind, courteous and professional. I was very happy with my experience at this location.
