Worst place to visit and staff is horrible. They don’t greet.

I paid high dollars for glasses to be done one year ago. I had problems. I just hot new glasses that are better and i was told it was the PD. I called to get my PD for the glasses i had made there and they refused to give them to me. Never will i go to that chain again. "Internal records they say. Nope that is my record. One year of problems and i told them,went back but they kep saying all fine. Now i finally know why. Terrible client care

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here for years. Every time we go, we get excellent customer service. The staff, from the optician to the sales staff, are all very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Every time we needed a follow up adjustment on our glasses, there was never an issue and were happy to do it for us! The front desk was able to help me understand my insurance benefits when it comes to my copays and charges. We were not rushed during our visit and left with what we wanted! I always have excellent experience coming to this place!

Best Pearle Vision. Jake is very helpful and treat us nicely and he was really patient while explaining the differences glasses. Very friendly and kind. Recommended this Pearle Vision without a doubt.

Great crew here, very knowledgeable and helpful. Even with rude customers, (see recent bad review) they handled it professionally, and eloquently. I highly recommend, as I enjoyed the time they took in not only the exam but helping to choose the right fit for me.

Very Bad service… just went in for a consultation one guy was behaving as though we are trying to waste his time…not ready to give more information, since we had no clue about contact lenses we asked to provide more information he clearly refused since we didn’t have the prescription… well buddy you lost a customer
