Without any additional cost. Our plan through VSP covers 100% for the in-network and we were charged $450 per person for the couple of additional features. Called the insurance on a different issue and they pointed out that lense are 100% covered. I had to fight for the refund through multiple calls and submitting a complaint with the corporate office.\nAppears that they are still scamming the customers and recently my relative was charged $400 plus for lense which is covered by the insurance 100% for in-network.\nCall your insurance and discuss the rates that are charged for the lenses right in front of the store staff.\nThis message is directly to the management.
