I took my daughter and was very pleased with everyone’s professionalism and patience.My daughter tried on all the glasses on display. I’m will no longer need to go elsewhere. We finally found our new favorite place 👍

My glass frames broke this morning. I found the Pearl Vision store on 17 North. I was prepared to purchase new frames. First all of the staff members were very professional and personable. They advised me that they could repair them.They spent 20 minutes working on them. They were fixed like new and did not charge me. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to seeing them for future eye care needs.

This is a tough rating because my eye exam with Dr. Z was great, as it always is. Unfortunately, my experience afterward with two associates was uncomfortable. One associate, Deb, was very pushy about purchasing an additional pair of frames. Even after I explained that it was out of my price range, she continued to press the issue in front of other customers, which felt embarrassing and unnecessary. The associate who checked me out, Maria, was polite but very disengaged. She made little eye contact and the interaction felt impersonal. Overall, it was a strange visit and not what I’ve come to expect from a place I’ve used as my eye care provider for some time. It left me reconsidering whether I’ll return in the future, which is disappointing.

The Dr is thorough but efficient. Her and the associates will get you in and out in no time. The Dr even remembered to keep trial lenses on hand for me because what I wear are less available than other brands.

They were the nicest and most helpful people. I had such a good experience!!
