At the Pearle Vision branch on Rt 22 Springfield, NJ, I came in with a pair of glasses I managed to sit on in a hotel stay. They were mangled. Bill, the opthamologist, got out his tools and made them as good as new in ten minutes. I asked about the charge. He said a “thank you” would be fine. So Bill, THANK YOU. You made my day.

Wanted to pick up glasses. Online it says store opens at 10 AM EST (on pearle vision site for location, google says 12 AM - strange). Drove down, but store front says 12 PM open. Get the small things right please.

Did not follow up with me on when my glasses would be ready. I called and their VM is full cannot take messages, so I have to drive there and hope my glasses are ready. Staff needs to follow up with customers on when glasses should be ready with alerts. This is frustrating.

I’m here with my 35 yr old son for his appointment and while waiting I have been listening to the receptionist both Patrice and rhianna conversations and mannerism on the phones are quite comforting, informative and patient. I spoke to Patrice when I called to tell her 22 was backed up and she was so cordial thanking me for calling and let me know they will wait for me don’t worry. They present who you need to encounter when calling an office or business of any kind . When I arrived I asked who did I speak to on the phone because she was so kind and patient it was Patrice.
