I also did an exam to be fitted for contacts and was not given any instructions or care kits for caring for the pair of contact lenses that were given to me in office. As someone who is in the sales industry I get the feeling of not being able to make the sale but your expressions shouldn’t show to your guest. The doctor was not! She didnt discuss any issues Fernando had written down like I'd been having dry eyes, anything about the floaters that had gotten bigger or if my eyesight had decreased. She did not dilate my eyes I couldn't afford the $44 charge for the other test. She has no personality and shouldn't be working with the public. Additionally the app required to be completed is very invasive, why would you need to have my SS number, drivers license number, my height/weight, etc. If I had gone to an optomologist I could understand but not an optical office where the chance of my private information being hacked is so much greater with so many more people having access to that information. Needless to say, not happy with the visit. I gave 1 star for Ruth and 1 star for Fernando.
