My Prada glasses arrived today and they were in a black Prada glasses case … the young lady saw that I wasn’t really sure about the case, so she suggested a white Prada case, which I loved and the person not serving me added her two senses in and said that that case didn’t go with my glasses , which are eyeglasses and not shades … so I was denied, even letting them know that I’ve been a client for quite some time, she stud on her call. I will be looking for a new option next year. I had to come back the next day because that's how bad my night vision driving is. Gets dark so early. Second day, I was whisked right through. All my questions were answered, and I even had her redo one of the tests. Thank goodness she agreed because my answer on one of the tests was wrong the day before. I knew I messed up, and am glad I said something. Overall I'm very happy with Pearle Vision. And my glasses came in today!
