I had my glasses break on the morning of my graduation day and needed an urgent replacement before walking the stage. Thankfully, everyone at Pearle Vision helped me out tremendously with speed and diligence to get me my replacement same-day! Everyone was so kind and supportive and I will never forget their help. Thank you again!!

My mom and I were both seen by Dr. Jones for our eye exams, and we had a great experience. Dr. Jones is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. She took the time to answer our questions and made us both feel comfortable throughout our appointments. Her staff was also friendly, welcoming, and professional. We truly felt well taken care of and highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor!

My experience with Pearle Vision was great they have a awesome staff. Dr. Jones is a nice optometrist, and Juan, Janet and the entire staff make sure your comfortable, offers a bottle of cold water on a hot day, and the place is huge. They also have a nice collection of frames to choose from. The Valley Verde Drive location is in a nice shopping plaza where there's a Papa John's Pizza, Port Of Subs, Nail Salon, Smith's Grocery, and many places to eat and shop. I'm glad I chosen this location. Dr. Kopolow, Dr. Girisgen, Dr. Jones, and Staff are waiting for you at Pearle Vision go stop by, and say hello. Oh don't forget about the free samples for dry eyes, just ask.

Customer care is first rate at this lovely Henderson location! They took their time with me, were very courteous and friendly, and had my best interest at heart. Best experience ever!

The place was nice and clean the environment had positive energy. All the workers are so friendly. They all speak soon as you enter and it was a very nice gentleman opened the door for us and held it for us all such great staff. Wonderful work everyone I will most definitely be returning with my boys.

I have never been a customer here before, but yesterday was INCREDIBLY hot and I have no AC, so I walked in to cool off for a moment and I just wanted to give everyone that works there a big thank you!! I was overheating so bad, and all of the staff were so kind and gave me water and let me cool off before driving the rest of the way home. Thank you so much for looking out for me, even if I wasn't a patient!!!

Right when I walk into this store, I feel so welcomed by everyone. Their kindness is so pleasant and so kind. Doctor made me feel a little uncomfortable, she seem a little anxious, but she was also new to me. The guy thats worked with me and help me find the right glasses for my face was phenomenal!!! Clean, efficient, caring staff. My son has been a Pearle Vision patient for the last 10 years. They are always so patient and communicative. Dr. Jones goes out of her way to ensure he has exactly what he needs. 10/10 Dr. Kopolow and his staff exceed all expectations on every visit and have obtained a life long client.

The staff here at Pearl vision were awesome. They made me feel very comfortable and were very kind and professional from the m moment I stepped through the door till the moment I left.
