From the check-in staff, the eye exam and picking out glasses, this was hands down the best experience. You can tell Doctor Kopolow and her team genuinely care about their patients. Thank you to Kris for helping me pick out my glasses and going out of your way to help me find a pair I loved! This location is the best one I have ever been to. Chris and Connie made my experience wonderful! I went to two different optometrists and they both said the glasses I wanted to use weren’t suitable for my lenses.. however they made it happen and they did it the same day in under 30 minutes! I was truly impressed with their customer service. Now I get to enjoy my Louis Vuitton glasses 😎‼️🙏

The woman doctor is nice. Specially Kise is very friendly and patient to explain my insurance coverage, how do I can save money and introduce better and lower price frame. He is a very good worker.

I had a very good vist at Pearle Vision located on W. Sahara Ave. In Las Vegas.I had my eyes re-examined for my far sightedness and the doctor made a new prescription for me. I already chose new frames and added transition to my lenses with Ebony who was just as nice as ever! I will be getting a call and a text next week to pick up my new glasses!! Such a friendly greeting by the staff when I arrived. The technician who did the tests and exam was a doll. Great sense humor. Dr was so engaging and personable. Then the gentleman Kris that helped me choose my frames and lenses was delightful and helpful. Thankful to the entire staff from the moment I walked in. I would highly recommend!!!

This was my first time going to Pearle Vision and I highly recommend this location because for being my first time there it was the absolute BEST experience because the staff and the doctor was amazing KARA KOPOLOW she was so genuine so patient very friendly SHE EXPLAINED everything so well answered any questions I had and then she walked me out and another amazing experience with HAZEL she helped me pick out the glasses I bought two pair and I’m very happy with my service great location

Dr. Kopolow was patient and made sure that I had the best experience at an optometrist office in 30 years. She explained my eye exam results in detail so I could understand. Everyone i came into contact with were very hospitable. Ebony helped with my eyeglasse fitting and was also very kind and helpful. The gentleman that gets up to open the door for you as you exit is on crutches but that doesn't slow him down from adding that extra touch of customer service. I received my contacts at my home address and my glasses were ready to be picked up approximately a week and a half after my appointment. Very fast and convenient service. Thank you to this team at Pearl Vision Sahara! I will be back and I'm bringing my friends.
