In my case, I was led to believe all four pairs of glasses would include blue-light coating, when only one pair did. This was never disclosed upfront.\nInformation is intentionally withheld, and customers are not properly educated about their options or products.\n\nThe sales process feels structured to maximize revenue at the expense of patient care, rather than supporting informed, responsible decision-making.\n\nMany customers rely on insurance that does not fully cover these costs, meaning they are forced to pay out of pocket, often for products and features they don’t fully understand. This approach takes advantage of people who are trying to care for their vision, and it is unacceptable.\n\nI would be good to know: why are employees trained in this way, to hustle and pressure patients instead of prioritizing their well-being? This year i am happy to say I have left this company that SCAMS their consumer for every penny. First, when you do their questionnaire prior to your visit, it will give you NO OPTION to opt out of their extra services like optomap and quantify for an extra $44+. Second I found EXTEA FEES on my receipts. Lastly after going to a new optometrist on spring mountain, i have found i have been overpaying pearl vision for contacts. After 200$ allowance from insurance for contacts I STILL PAID 200$ out of pocket because their own brand was $400+. When I took my business to spring mountain their contacts were under 200$, after insurance I paid 40$ out of pocket. Also when suspicion arised, i was met with a sense of annoyance and frustration from their staff when im simply trying to understand WHY IM PAYING SO MUCH. Doctors are wonderful but nearly every doctor is wherever you go but doesnt justify getting SCAMMED...\n\nAlso look up Luxottica 60 min on youtube and youll see how deceitful they are to the consumer.
