I came to Pearl Vision for my yearly eye exam and I’m really thankful I came to this location. Everyone knew how to do their job and the whole experience was smooth and welcoming. The wait time was also very short, which I really appreciated. The doctor even took a closer image of my eye, which honestly no eye doctor has ever done for me before, so I really appreciated that extra care. Chris was super helpful and professional helping me pick my frames, and he also told me about the special they have right now. For $59.99 I was able to get my progressive polycarbonate lightweight lenses, which I thought was a really good deal. If you stop by, ask for Chris — he’ll definitely know how to help you!

I called ahead because I had a prescription from my ophthalmologist and some places didn’t accept that, Pearl Vision did! Their staff were friendly, knowledgeable and able to get my insurance information verified quickly. For me, they had a wide variety to choose from. It took me 20-30 minutes with Dominique to choose my frame, lenses, measurements and because I chose to upgrade my vision plan annually from my job, at then end all I needed to pay for were the frames to get my glasses ordered. This was my first time at Pearle Vision and I have to say, Dominique and her co-workers definitely got a repeat customer. See you ladies next year! Thank you again.

I had a really great experience at Pearl Vision. Chris was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to help me. He paid close attention to detail and made sure everything was just right. What stood out most was his warmth and understanding especially when I wasn’t fully satisfied with my first eyewear choice. He was patient, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping me find something I felt confident in. I truly appreciated the level of service and would definitely recommend asking for Chris!

I've been going to Pearle vision for year's cause cause of the pure satisfaction of being satisfied with the team leadership and well trained correctly. I'm in the hospital now just Had My hip surgery this morning. My daughter picked up my glasses today and now too end My perfect day, I can see. Thank you for being My favorite eye care specialist.

Ellie was amazing! She took the time to answer all of my questions and really made sure I understood everything. When it came to the exam, it was a little rough at first, but she explained things more deeply and helped it all start to make sense. Even though we might have been a bit difficult at times, she stayed patient and supportive throughout. I really appreciate her help!

Amazing experience for my 14 year old daughter. Everyone was extremely nice and made her feel comfortable. Especially Chris, who helped her pick out her glasses. He made her smile and laugh the entire time. 10/10 from check-in to checkout.

I'm so grateful for everyone that helped me through my vision appointment today! I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to medical things and every single person that worked in the office was so kind and helpful throughout the entire experience. Thank you to Quincy for being kind and patient while I expressed my vision fears.. Dr. Chen for also being so kind while teaching me about my vision, and to Glen for picking out some cute frames selection for me. The receptionist was super sweet too, but I forgot to get her name! My experience with the 7090 South Rainbow Blvd. location won me over. Everyone at this Pearle Vision location was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Chris, my customer service rep, went above and beyond to help insure I was happy with the quality of the new lenses I ordered. Chris is an exceptional representative for Pearle Vision and I thank him. The doctors I met with for my eye exams were thorough and professional and answered any questions I had with great detail. All in all, my visits to this location have been a genuine delight as they have exceeded any possible expectations. I will be going to this location for all my future exams and eyewear needs.

Every time I leave an eye doctor, I'm always usually very upset because the type of glasses I wear they're very expensive and but this time my visit to Pearle vision was awesome. I loved the eye doctor and then the lady who helped me out picking out glasses. They had the best promotions for January. I was absolutely shocked so I'm very grateful for their services they provided to me this time

Amazing customer service! My son and I had our fist doctor appointment yesterday and the next day we received our new glasses. The doctor is great and the office staff are sweet. High recommended!
