I knew originally there was going to be a delay . But when my hubby got his glasses in the time frame I was told I would receive mine , that’s when I started to call. Each time I called I was given a day they would be ready . When that day arrived , given another day. By the third time , I asked for a manager, and was told there was no manager in the store. I asked for an assistant manager, was told there was not one in the store . I am a manager myself , I have never heard of an establishment that has no type of leadership in the building every day , but ok. On Monday the manager called me, apologized and told me that she ordered my lens overnight and they should be ready by noon/1:00 pm the next day. The next day comes , no call at one , at this point I am throughly disappointed and frustrated more than I can express without being disrespectful. My hubby knowing and seeing this called at 5:30( they close at 6:00) inquire bout my glasses, they put him on hold for 5 mins, they come back on the phone and say the techs just finished them. They did them there. My glasses had been sitting there the whole time . Each time I called and was given a promise date , they are just sitting there . . . For a month. . . My experience with Shirley was as amazing, she truly is a great asset to that location, but unfortunately the management lacks professionalism and honesty, and for that reason I wouldn’t recommend this location.\n\nI will add the manager said she upgraded my lens to a protective covering for my inconvenience. Although a nice gesture, that doesn’t make it “ better” . Offer/give something that I would want/like. I never get that option, cause I don’t want/need that option.
