Such a friendly staff! I was able to pick out glasses with no pressure. Dr. Chu was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She explained what she was seeing and what each exam was for. I definitely recommend Pearle Vision. They have a great selection and wonderful staff!

You know I was skeptical on going to Pearle Vision to get glasses for my son but I’m glad I came. The moment I opened the door, I was greeted with a smile from Glen, and asked what he can do for us. Told him that we already have a prescription and just need to get glasses. He was more than happy to assist, but the best thing is that I have Medicaid insurance and usually I’m treated poorly because they automatically know I’m poor and won’t get extra things. Well he still treated me like a top tier customer/patient. Went through what is coveted and not and brought selections for my son to look at. Then I recalled that my son has VSP with his dad and was patient enough with me to gather all the information. I added a bunch of special things to my son’s lenses like blue light filter, anti glare and transitional. The price given at the end was phenomenal. I would advise anyone to go here. He even mentioned to be that i was overdue for a checkup and I almost forgot it. But I’ll be coming back to this location to specifically ask for glen! Thank you for making this easy for me

I recommend Pearl Vision-Windmill to everyone! Every person I worked with was friendly, professional, and efficient. They know what they are doing, and they put you at ease. They have a great selection and they tell you all the pricing up front while informing you of the best deals! There are no surprises with cost and they are on your side! I had a great experience with getting prescreening and onboarding with Quincy. My contact/ glasses prescription and fitting with Dr. Judy was smooth and easy, and I worked with the manager to help me with my glasses. ( I can't think of her name, but she is very knowledgeable and helpful). Lastly, I love the convenience of being able to schedule online- it makes it so nice to come when it works for you. Thank you to the whole team- I will be back!

I had a great experience at this location. Every staff who helped me was so friendly throughout the visit! Dr Chen was very knowledgeable and thorough with testing. She was patient and able to answer every question I had. I highly recommend this Pearle Vision to everyone!

Did my test Aug 7 !! Got my 2 pair of glasses from them one is only progressive , one is for back up that i can use to play basketball , got both on Aug 14 as they promise !! For getting it done in a week is excellent 😀 thank you Pearle Vision for another pair of glasses 🥇

Called yesterday to see if I could get an appointment because the normal place I went to said I couldn't get in until Jan. I spoke with a wonderful girl who helped me and then the guy who did my pre exam was amazing too! Then I sat down with Ashley and she let me know what all of my options and how much credit I would get if I use my insurance and I told her that I had some glasses that I wanted to take to somewhere to get the lenses replaced and she gave me an amazing quote to bring my own glasses there. They fit me in the same day I have my glass prescription and I couldn't be any happier. Thanks you guys!

This was my first time visiting Pearl Vision, and I was really impressed! It was extremley affordable compared to my previous eye doctor. They had a lot of availability to schedule me in as well. The doctorI saw was great, I think her name as Dr. Lai! She got me a new prescription for my glasses and contacts and ensured my eyes were healthy! She was very kind as well. The man the helped me pick out my new glasses and ordered contacts was very kind too. He reviewed my insurance and found me some of the best deals. He was not a pushy upseller like some eye doctor offices. I felt ver comfortable there, and will defintely be returning in the future! Even the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful! Thank you all!

First time to visit this branch June 8th 2026 at 9:30 AM and All Staff who interacted with me Quincy, Henna, Nikko and Dr Celestino were professionally courteous, informative and helpful. Kudos to Rainbow branch. Please give them a pat on the back they are gems!

Nikko was very helpful in helping me and my wife get glasses. He was very informative, didn't rush us and helped explained what our insurance covered. Nikko deserves a raise and promotion. I would come back to this location and ask for him again. Whoever comes to this location, please ask for Nikko. He would gladly help out. 10/10 recommend

I came into this location and everyone was very professional. They took care of me extremely well including Allen who helped me pick out glasses and sort through about 20 that I was interested in. He’s definitely an asset to the company. I recommend this place.
