Her copay for glasses was $40 and her copay for lenses was $25. They not only did a glasses exam they did a contact exam without even telling her. They then up charged her glasses with all sorts of extras. They did not give her an itemized receipt and asked her for her credit card. They charged her card $314 without even giving her an itemized bill or telling her what she was paying for. I called and the manager never called me back so I went in person. When I questioned them and ask them for an itemized receipt they immediately said, \"we'll just give you a refund in full\". Go elsewhere! Always treated right and thorough. Best quality glasses hands down. Moved to California for a few years and got glasses out there at costco (do not do this). Worst glasses ever! Moved back to the island and went right back there to get a new pair. The new ones are tip top. Didn’t realize just how good until my coworker got new glasses somewhere else (I don’t remember where) and they’re straight up trash. So I’m taking him there to get taken care of. When it comes to something you wear on your face all day and depend on them, then it has to be precise. These are only my opinions and experiences and I can’t speak for others but they all seem on the level there so, come correct get treated correctly. Most eye doctors have you look in the machine for 5 minutes max.
